Aventura Mall is the perfect destination for when it rains in Miami, offers many restaurants and cafés, great to take a break. Try for example the Nordstrom Cafe Bistro, the open kitchen bistro offering great salads, pastas, homemade desserts and a kid’s menu as well. It is located inside the Nordstrom Store, before you sit down you order your meal with the cashier and everything will be prepared fresh for you.

If you want to spend a few hours at the Movie Theater AMC, with 24 auditoriums and an IMAX theater as well. There is always a blockbuster movie ready to entertain and excite you.

Meat the Santa Claus at Aventura Mall

During the Christmas Holidays, the Mall is decorated with lights and ornaments, and for the joy of all, the Enchanted Forest of Santa Claus where children and adults can meet Santa Claus, and take photograph while listening to popular Christmas carols.

How to get to Aventura Mall

To reach the Aventura Mall from Miami South Beach, you can take the Metrobus n. 120, which takes about 40 to 60 minutes depending on the traffic and your starting point.

The bus runs along Miami Beach South through North Miami Beach and Bal Horbour then Sunny Isles crossing the bridge into Aventura. The bus ride could also be a way to discover the area north of South Beach!

For those that love walking, on your way back from the Mall, you can get off of the Bus around 63rd Street and walk down Collins Avenue where on your right you have the Intracoastal with the amazing waterfront villas and mansions, and where in February they guest the famous International Boat Show of Miami.

You will also walk by the famous Hotel Fontainebleau that during the ’60s was the go-to place guesting some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Elvis Presley, The Beatles and Jerry Lewis.
