Day 1 – San Francisco Arrival

Arrive in San Francisco and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and start soaking up the City by the Bay. In the evening, enjoy a welcome reception—a relaxed opportunity to meet your Tour Director and fellow travelers before the journey begins. Overnight in San Francisco.

Day 2 – San Francisco City Touring

This morning, explore San Francisco with a guided city tour that captures the city’s most iconic moments, including views of the Golden Gate Bridge, lively Union Square, and the waterfront atmosphere of Fisherman’s Wharf. The afternoon is free—perfect for cable cars, neighborhoods, museums, or optional experiences such as a bay cruise. Overnight in San Francisco.

Day 3 – San Francisco → Yosemite National Park → Fresno

Depart San Francisco and travel through California’s productive Central Valley toward one of the most celebrated natural landmarks in the West: Yosemite National Park. Weather permitting, enjoy time to take in the park’s dramatic scenery—granite formations, forests, and (in season) waterfalls that give Yosemite its legendary reputation. Continue to Fresno for overnight.

Day 4 – Fresno → Mojave Desert → Las Vegas

After breakfast, drive south through the Central Valley and into the rugged landscapes of the Mojave Desert, where you may spot the region’s signature Joshua Trees. Arrive in Las Vegas—the entertainment capital of the world—where the rest of the day and evening are free to enjoy shows, dining, shopping, or simply the spectacle of the Strip. Overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 5 – Las Vegas (Free Day)

A full day at leisure in Las Vegas. Relax by the pool, explore themed resorts, shop, dine, or join optional activities. Don’t miss the classic photo moment at the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. Overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 6 – Las Vegas → Cedar City → Bryce Canyon

Leave Nevada and travel through Utah’s changing landscapes toward Bryce Canyon National Park, famous for its amphitheaters of colorful hoodoos and unforgettable viewpoints. Along the way, you’ll pass through Cedar City and the sweeping plateau scenery of the region. Enjoy time at Bryce’s overlooks and viewpoints. Overnight in the Bryce Canyon area.

Day 7 – Bryce Canyon → Grand Canyon (South Rim) → Williams

Travel onward to the world-famous Grand Canyon. At the South Rim, take time to admire one of the Seven Natural Wonders—vast, layered, and endlessly photogenic. Your Tour Director will help you make the most of the viewpoints and timing. Continue to the historic Route 66 community of Williams for overnight.

Day 8 – Williams → Route 66 → Kingman → Laughlin / Bullhead City

Today is all about classic Americana. Travel along Historic Route 66, with time to enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere, photo stops, and souvenir moments. Continue via Kingman before reaching the Colorado River area for an overnight in Laughlin / Bullhead City.

Day 9 – Laughlin / Bullhead City → Palm Springs → Los Angeles

Cross back into California and stop in Palm Springs, known for its mid-century modern design and desert elegance—often called “Hollywood’s desert retreat.” Continue to Los Angeles, where your sightseeing begins with an orientation that may include iconic neighborhoods and photo-friendly landmarks. Overnight in Los Angeles.

Day 10 – Los Angeles Departure

Your adventure comes to an end today. Transfer assistance to Los Angeles International Airport is arranged. Depart with unforgettable memories of the West’s most iconic landscapes and cities.
