What kind of tours are these?

These extended day trips are perfect if you don't have much time but still want to see the most. They are easy to book, just select a date and number of passengers/type of room. They will include everything - transportation, tour guide, hotel room, and breakfast. You don't have to think or plan anything, just follow along. They leave from Midtown Manhattan at 6:30AM and return to the same location at the end of the trip. We cannot guarantee a set arrival time as it will depend on traffic and road conditions. Tour guides are all licensed, and they may speak up to 2 different languages.

Who should consider joining these tours?

If you love group settings and are looking for something that is completely organized down to a T so you don't have to plan anything. For those that want to see the most in the least amount of time and don't mind the fast pace of the tour. These extended trips are the most affordable way to see multiple cities and attractions with the help of a tour guide with you throughout the trip.

What type of Hotels are included in the trip?

The hotels used are classic motels used during road trips (i.e. Super 8, ... to keep the price affordable, they are not located in the city center but close enough that you can hop on an Uber or Taxi in the evening to do some explorations on your own or enjoy a nice dinner. The rooms are classic standard rooms, also available with two double beds to accommodate up to 4 in one room. Occupancy charges and taxes are included in the price as well as a continental breakfast.

Will I have free time?

As these are fully organized tours you won't have much time on your own. Consider that throughout the day you will be with the guide aboard the bus or exploring a destination. However, as lunches and dinners are not generally included (unless specifically stated otherwise) you will have free time during the day for lunch as well as free time in the evening to explore on your own and grab dinner.

What alternatives do I have?

Well, if you are looking for a more dedicated and customized itinerary or to upgrade to luxury hotels, then we do offer the same itineraries with our private tours. The price tends to be higher but especially if you are a group of friends or families traveling together, you might want to take a look and see if it's within your budget.

Can I cancel or change the date?

You have up to 72 hours before the tour date to either cancel for a full refund or change the date with no penalty.

How do I Make a Reservation?

Whenever you are ready to book, just pick which destination(s) you will like to explore and fill out the form below to reserve your spot. You will receive instant confirmation and you have until 2 weeks prior to your reservation day to make the full payment.

I see that some tours cross into Canada - what if I don't want to cross the Canadian border?

We know that for certain foreign visitors a Canadian Visa is required to cross the border. In the event that you don't have the visa, you can still join the Niagara 2-day Tour and the American 4-day tour, and you will overnight on the American side. Please note that since the main group with the tour guide and bus will cross the border, you will be on your own at the hotel. The tour guide will coordinate with you for the following day's meeting time and will give you all the necessary directions.
Unfortunately for our SUMMER EXPERIENCE Itineraries (3-Day and 5-Day trips) a passport and valid papers to cross the US-Canada borders are required and no alternative accommodation can be provided.

Remember to bring your Enhanced ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate! For non-US-citizen, you need to make sure you have a valid passport and all required documentation to cross into Canada and back in the United States. The tour operator, nor us, are responsible for double-checking all required documentation, so please make sure you have everything before boarding the bus.

• You can cancel free of charge until 3 days before your reservation starts. After that time, no refunds will be made.
• For the comfort and safety of all passengers the following conditions apply: Smoking is not permitted on the motor coach. Stops are provided in route. Seat Rotation occurs at the discretion of the guide.
• For every reservation there must be at least 1 person who is 18 years of age. This person will be responsible for the behavior and well-being of any passengers on this reservation.
