Are there any extra or hidden fees?

No. You will pay for however many hours you would like to book and with your assigned guide you will arrange the different tours and itineraries. Things that are not included in the price are admission to attractions/museum if you select to visit them, cost for meals, transportation, etc.

Can I change the dates?

Yes. You can change your travel dates up to 8 days from the first tour date with no penalty contingent on the guide's availability.

Can I change the itinerary once approved?

While interacting with your guide, you can ask and modify the itinerary however you like so you get the service you desire. However, once everything is approved and confirmed, only minor changes are allowed. We try to accommodate last-minute changes, however, we ask to be considerate of the Tour Guide's time in putting the itinerary together.

If I cancel my service, do I get a refund?

You have up to 8 days before the first date of the tour to cancel the service for a partial refund. What does partial mean? It means you will receive a refund for the hours pre-booked MINUS a $35 convenience fee to cover the time the Tour Guide has spent creating the itinerary for you.

Are your Tour Guides licensed?

Yes, all our guides are fully licensed by the city of New York. They are local New Yorkers, natives, or lifetime NYers and love to share the ins & outs of the city with travelers from all over the world.
