Depending on how long you want your ride to last and whether you want a regular ride or a private ride, you have few options to choose from.
Demi Loop Helicopter Tour
The Demi Loop will last approximately 12 to 15 minutes. It's a great option to start with, especially if it's your first Helicopter Ride in NYC. You will enjoy great views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Bridge, the New York Bay, and the Midtown area with the iconic Empire State Building and Chrysler Building. A perfect activity for first time travelers and returning visitors to NYC. As for the other options, you have the chance to either pay for your seat and do a regular shared ride, or charter the entire Helicopter for you & your party - you can take up to 6 people when you book a private ride.
Premium Loop Helicopter Tour
The Premium Loop is the most requested ride and will last between 18 to 20 minutes guaranteeing a more complete loop around Manhattan all the way up the Hudson River with views of Central Park, the Bronx with the Yankee Stadium, George Washington Bridge, and more of Midtown Manhattan including Times Square area buildings like the Bank of America Tower and the H&M Tower. You will also see the Intrepid Museum docked along the Hudson River, the new Hudson Yards complex, and the new One Vanderbilt near Grand Central Terminal. Full Loop Helicopter Tour
A truly exclusive experience in New York City. You can now hop aboard one of the Bell Helicopter for a 25 to 30 minutes ride for one of the most complete tours above New York City. You will be able to basically all 5 boroughs from the Bronx to the Verrazzano Bridge with Brooklyn & Staten Island as well as all the highlights of the Demi & Premium options. You can reserve your seat on the Shared Helicopter Tour or you can book the Private Experience all-inclusive for up to 6 people. And remember all listed prices include the security fees for each passenger!

Who should take a Helicopter Ride?
Well first let's say who shouldn't ride a helicopter - if you are afraid of heights, suffer from claustrophobia, or are afraid of flying in general, then this activity might not be for you. For everybody else, Helicopter Rides are well known to offer some of the best panoramic views and in a city like New York with all its iconic skyscrapers and landmarks, you can rest assured that you won't have a better vantage point than from the air.
Why do I have to pay a $40 Heliport Security Fee?
First of all, let's see what this Fee actually is. The $40 Heliport Fee is a Security Tax that the Heliport must charge to each passenger transiting through the Heliport to comply with local & state regulations. Very similar to Airport Taxes when you purchase your flight ticket. To avoid confusion and issues when boarding the Helicopters, ALL our prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE of all taxes & fees, including the Security Fee. So, once you are checking-in at the Heliport, you just need to present your All-Inclusive E-Ticket and you won't have to pay for anything else.
How can I reserve my spot?
Just select one of the options here below and fill out the quick form. Make sure to let us know your preferred time. One of our friendly staff will reach out to make sure the preferred time slot is available and will send you a secure link where you can finalize the payment. We offer the option to book now and pay only 2 weeks before the date of service.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Helicopters like flights are regulated by the FAA, and in case of bad weather, or other security reasons, they may be grounded. In this event, you will have the option to reschedule the ride or receive a full refund.
Can I cancel or change the date?
You have until 3 days before your Helicopter Ride to cancel or change the date. After that the tour is non-refundable.

- No handbags or carry on bags will be allowed on the flight.
- Complimentary lockers are available to safely hold belongings while flying

- Due to federal law, this flight does not fly directly over New York City streets.
- Tours do not include Yankee Stadium on game days.

MAP & DIRECTIONS
The are couple of subway stops located nearby and within walking distance. The "South Ferry / Whitehall Street" (1 red line + R, W yellow line) is the closest one just 5 minutes south of Pier 6/Heliport, alternatively the "Bowling Green" (4,5 green line) and the "Wall Street / William Street" (2,3 red line) are within 8 to 10 minutes walking distance from Pier 6.
Although a little further away the main train hub "Fulton Street/WTC" (A, C, E blue line + 4, 5 green line + 2, 3 red line + R, W yellow line) is still within a 15-minute walk. Pier 6 is within walking distance from/to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Financial District, Battery Park, and the World Trade Center. For those that prefer traveling by water, the closest Water Taxi Stop will be Pier 11 Wall Street (all lines available) and then walk south for 5 minutes to Pier 6.
If you opt for a car service (i.e. Yellow Cab, Uber, Lyft etc.) the complete address is – Downtown Heliport, 6 E River Piers, New York, NY 10004. Please note that once you have arrived by Pier 6, you will have to check-in to access the Helipad by showing your ID/Passport.
