• All Universal Orlando Ticket are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, EACH DAY MUST BE USED BY THE SAME PERSON
• Clients must exchange the voucher with a valid photo ID, at any ticket window located at the front entrance of either UNIVERSAL STUDIOS or ISLAND OF ADVENTURE theme parks to receive the original park admission ticket
• Ticket is either valid for 1/2/3 Day during a 14 consecutive calendar day period
• Parking is not included in the admission ticket
• Certain age restrictions may apply for access to certain facilities
• All shows are accessible to wheelchairs. The outdoor-stage shows have reserved areas for wheelchairs.
