Please note

Note on Meet and Greet: If traveler does not meet the driver upon arrival, he must call customer service immediately. The agent will help the passenger locate the driver. If under any circumstance, passenger leaves the airport without contacting customer service, he will be charged for the full cost of the transfer (not refundable).
Adult pricing applies to all travelers
Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag
For excessive luggage, travelers will have to pay additional fees to the driver
If you plan on carrying over-sized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes) please call customer service for arrangements
Surcharges will apply for multiple drop-offs
Transfer’s duration is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Maximum waiting time:
90 minutes after landing time for all international flights,
30 minutes after landing for domestic flights,
